Bangladesh is at a critical juncture where strengthening democratic governance and accountability has become essential to address long-standing issues of institutional effectiveness and inclusivity. Recent governance challenges have highlighted the need for comprehensive reform, particularly in ensuring that the voices of marginalised communities, including women and LNOB (Leave No One Behind) groups, are represented at all levels of governance.
