Mission and Vision: This organization is a completely non-political, non-profit non-governmental organization. The following steps have been taken to implement the five basic needs of the people of the society from all political spheres such as food, clothing, shelter, education and medical services.

  1. Implementing the five basic needs of the poor in the society by providing training.
  2. Transform the unemployed youth into skilled manpower by providing training.
  3. To make poor young women self-reliant by imparting training on handicrafts, cattle and poultry.
  4. To work for the development of modern waste management and conversion of waste into resources to create a clean environment in the area.
  5. To make the people aware by providing training on primary health care and family planning methods.
  6. To create awareness among the people by providing training on adolescent health care and maternity services, prevention of maternal mortality and family planning methods.
  7. To maintain liaison with the voluntary organizations at national and international level and to undertake various activities including exchange of experience for the development of the activities of these organizations.
  8. To take various activities to eliminate any national problem.
  9. To take activities in accordance with the rules of government and non-government organizations to prevent child marriage.
  10. To work relentlessly for the welfare of persons with disabilities.
  11. To provide appropriate legal assistance to the victims of socially neglected, exploited, unjustly sexually harassed, acid attack victims and any other human rights violations through this organization.
  12. To take action in collaboration with government and non-government organizations to create public awareness against drug abuse.
  13. To take up and implement various programs for the improvement of living standards, socio-economic, cultural development and protection of human rights of the backward and backward people of the society (small ethnic groups, Dalits, third gender, Gipsy, Harijans).
  14. To collect and preserve the endangered language, culture, customs, beliefs and folklore of the ethnographic people.
  15. To form employment teams with unemployed youth and provide training to them as per their demand and provide assistance in job creation in the concerned sector after completion of training.
  16. To change the financial, social and psychological condition of the poor and bring them to a position from where to adopt and implement programs to integrate them with the mainstream of development.
  17. To co-operate in the establishment of human rights of backward peoples, minorities, ethnic groups and minorities.
  18. To provide support and create opportunities for empowerment of women.
  19. To provide pre-primary school, non-formal primary education, adult education and social education for poor children with the aim of eradicating illiteracy.
  20. Assistance in improving the quality of education, cooperating with poor meritorious students.
  21. To play a helpful role in creating public awareness including creation of public opinion in conservation of natural environment.
  22. To assist in the development of safe drinking water and sanitation system.
  23. To co-operate in bringing about sustainable change in eating and nutrition behaviors at individual and family level.
  24. To contribute to the sustainable development of the socio-economic condition of the country by bringing about the desired change in the nutritional status of the vulnerable population especially children, adolescents and women.
  25. Contribute to the development of overall health care for the poor through cooperation.
  26. To provide overall support to the work of the government in the management of changing climate and disasters.
  27. To exchange assistance in coordination with other like-minded development agencies.
  28. To assist the government in implementing the set targets with the SDG’s motto ‘No one left behind’.
  29. To prevent social prejudice and subculture by giving street plays to the people and to give them an opportunity for proper cultural practice.
  30. To take initiative to organize seminars, workshops, symposiums, trainings etc. for the implementation of the objectives and goals.
  31. To conduct tree planting campaign.
  32. Advocacy at the level of individuals / institutions / government for providing emergency relief / food / financial assistance during disasters or national / local crises.
  33. To take necessary measures for the distribution of khas land among the real landless and to determine and implement the work to be done in collaboration with like-minded organizations / institutions to resolve all the issues related to land.
  34. To take measures to protect the environment, rivers and streams, ground water, to get rid of all kinds of pollution and encroachment.
  35. To take multi-faceted initiatives in raising financial funds of the organization and utilizing them in the public interest.
  36. To increase the efficiency of urban and rural people through skills development training and to be a partner in the progress of the country.
  37. To make utmost efforts for the overall progress and establishment of the rights of marginal farmers and women workers.
  38. To take all kinds of steps to build the people on a cooperative basis with a saving attitude.
  39. To awaken patriotism by involving the people in national and international days and programs in the relevant field.
