জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড (এনবিআর) ধারাবাহিকভাবে একটি নির্দিষ্ট অংকের কর দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে অপ্রদর্শিত অর্থ বা কালো টাকা সাদা করার সুযোগ দিয়ে আসছে। ‘অর্থ আইন, ২০২০’ এর মাধ্যমে এ সুযোগ আরো সম্প্রসারিত হয়েছে। এ ছাড়া কতিপয় শর্তসাপেক্ষে পূজিবাজারে বিনিয়োগ করে ১০ শতাংশ কর দিয়ে কালো টাকা সাদা করার সুযোগও একই সাথে দেওয়া হয়।

Easy access to courts and exercise of legal rights have been recognised in the constitution as core rights of citizens in Bangladesh. The first working paper of the Citizen's Platform for SDGs, Bangladesh puts forward a framework to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on vulnerable population groups in a developing country context. Bangladesh has been used as a case study. The pandemic has not only exacerbated pre-existing vulnerabilities of these groups but has also induced new ones.
