Shushilan
Shushilan’s program approaches are transforming over 32 years to improve quality projects for the targeted community people. Shushilan has grown to become one of the biggest NGOs in Bangladesh with annual budget of BDT130 million. Since its inception, Shushilan has successfully implemented 165 different projects and currently implementing 43 projects and now covering in 8 Divisions, 64 Districts, 231 Upazilas and 1453 Unions.
Shushilan is implementing its program activities through 45 offices including head office in Khulna. Additionally, Shushilan has 897 regular staff and 439 paid volunteers with multi experienced in different sectors who are operative for successful implement of programs.
Shushilan has about 40 different types of policy and guideline by which the whole organization managed accordingly. Shushilan is the member of different network at local, national and international to work for the betterment of the beneficiaries. Over the journey, we able to reach to more than 02 million targeted community.
