Good Neighbors Bangladesh

Good Neighbors (GN) is an international humanitarian development NGO founded in South Korea in 1991. It was granted General Consultative Status from the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) and received the MDG2 award in 2007. Bangladesh is the first partner country of GN among other 50 countries with focus on community development and empowerment.

Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) was registered as an international non-government organization (INGO) with the NGO affairs bureau of the government of Bangladesh and commenced its operation in August 1996 to help children, their mothers, and families through education, health services, community development, emergency disaster relief, environment, climate change and Rohingya Emergency Response Projects. GNB is conducting its activities through the community-led approach and currently serving more than 21,000 children along with 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 5 Projects with Specific Program (PSP) in 13 districts of Bangladesh.
