Dnet (Innovations for Impact) is a social enterprise that designs innovative product and service solutions for women, children and youth in rural and urban settings to create social impact, and for institutions to enhance capacity and productivity. On a mission to promote innovative and sustainable solutions by integrating social enterprise models that impact on marginalised lives in Bangladesh and beyond, Dnet has made the work boundary open beyond borders, to broaden the scope of work and extend reach. Embracing the Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs), Dnet utilise the power of technology for transforming lives of the masses.

Dnet was established in 2001, and has been contributing in the sectors of education, healthcare, socio-economic development, entrepreneurship and access to information spearheaded by technology, and transforming the lives of millions of people through enterprises like Infolady Social Enterprise Limited, Aponjon (now under LifeChord), Kite Bangladesh Limited and Junction along with projects like Baby Basics Bangladesh, Missing Child Alert (MCA), RTI online tracker and many others. Dnet is affiliated with Dnet Global, a 501(c) (3) corporation incorporated in the USA, for promoting Dnet’s proven innovations across the globe.
