Change Makers

Change Makers, a leading Civic Education organisation in the country, has been promoting civic education, human rights, good governance and democracy in Bangladesh since its inception in 2003. It is a non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organisation. In addition to above mentioned subjects, Change Makers has been addressing issues such as Right to Information, Bangladesh Constitution, Anticorruption Campaign, SDGs, Citizen Charter, Child Rights, Child Labor, Human Trafficking, Safe Labor Migration, Women’s Rights, Violence and Abuse against Women and Children, legal support, Awareness Raising, Community and Media Mobilisation, Lobby and Advocacy at local/ national and international levels, research and study etc. It has also got institutional links with different agencies, coalitions and organizations both at home and abroad.

Since its inception, Change Makers reached to more than 40, 000 high school, college, university and madrasa students, teachers, journalists and civil society members in different districts of Bangladesh on the above mentioned issues.
