বাংলাদেশ সরকার যদি মনে করে যে, টেকসই উন্নয়ন অভীষ্ট (এসডিজি) অর্জনে বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন প্রতিষ্ঠনের (এনজিও) ভূমিকা প্রয়োজন, তাহলে সরকারকে এনজিও’দের কার্যক্রমের জন্য অর্থায়নের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। বৈদেশিক অনুদান নিয়ে এনজিও চালিয়ে দেশের উন্নয়ন করবো - এই মনোভাব থেকে আমাদের বের হয়ে আসার সময় হয়েছে।
